In the first interview of the New Year, my guest, personal trainer, Susan Delmonico of SJD Health and Fitness, spent time talking about the one thing so many of us do at the start of a new year. Many of us make resolutions, but over 90% of us will not keep them throughout the rest of the year. Susan spends some time helping us find ways to keep those resolutions. She also comments on whether or not the resolutions we've made are specific and achievable. If they are not, you will always fail. However, if you approach them in a smart way and put a support system around you, your likelihood of success is dramatically increased.
Susan also delves into an upcoming 6-week program she will be hosting, a Health and Wellness Program to give people some tools to examine their own lives and see areas needing improvement. You can learn more about Susan by visiting her website, SJDHealthandFitness.com or GeorgiaPersonalTrainer.com, find her on Facebook and on Twitter. Even if you are not close enough to use her services, she provides a lot of good information and recipes free on her site.
